Responsibility: 

• Planned and supervised the basement excavation in the blue shell. Dewatered and removed muck from the site.

• Excavated rock for basement underfloor plumbing and electrical lines.

• Planned and supervised spread footing installation. Formed and poured structural walls and basement slab on grade.

• I had step designed for sloped areas to support slab on deck shoring.

• Planned and poured 600 LF 3‘high x 6‘wide step footing for site architectural concrete walls.

• Conducted weekly site safety meetings.

• Used AutoCAD to draw ‘Y’ column shop drawings and demonstrate erection and pour sequence.
