Project SF: 100,000 buildings; 100,000 parking garage 

Type of Project: New speculation office building and parking garage. Six-story structural steel with bar joist and topping slab. 

Responsibility: Hired, Managed, and scheduled all subcontractors—managed day-to-day activities of Crew. We dealt with Problems with subs as well as problems on the job. We produced weekly labor cost projections. We made projections on the monthly project financial report, including all subcontract, labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs. Laid out control for building and monitored the building excavation. Self-performed piers, grade beam, cast-in-place basement walls, slab on grade, backfill, and compaction were poured on decks. This project was finished three months ahead of schedule and was $100,000 under budget.
