• Site layout and planning. Built the master construction schedule.

• Implemented the use of AutoCAD for the layout of building control points.

• Managed and scheduled all subcontractors.

• Managed day-to-day activities of Crew.

• Dealt with Problems with subs as well as problems on the job.

• Conducted subcontractor meetings and distributed meeting minutes.

• Gave a construction survey course for field engineers and interested carpenters on site.
