Project Amount: 3.5MM 

Type of Project: Renovation of two existing 19-story buildings with a common lobby. The project includes new exterior marble wall panels from the ground floor through the second floor. The lobby walls and floor were granite. The new elevator frame was stainless steel. The lobby was never shut down and was completed in 3 months. 

Responsibility: Hired, Managed, and scheduled all subcontractors.  Managed day-to-day activities of Crew.  Dealt with Problems with subs as well as problems on the job.
