Type of Project: New precast parking garage containing the central plant for two forty-story buildings.

Responsibility:  I managed all aspects of construction, from groundwork to interior Punch-out and all phases in between.  I was very hands-on with the project.  Responsible for scheduling all subcontractors. The project came on schedule and under budget.
